Short description:

  • ISO 9000 – Describes essential principles of quality management systems that are object of the ISO 9000 series and defines associated terms. The defined terms include: quality, management, organization, process and product, characteristics, conformity, documentation, examination, audit;
  • ISO 9001 – Establishes requirements for a quality management system when an organization has to prove its capacity to consistently provide products/ services that meet the requirements of clients and applicable regulations.

Training internal auditors for the quality management system


Training internal auditors for quality management systems. The course is based on the requirement of the reference standard (ISO 9001), also taking into consideration the requirements of the audit guide ISO 19011.

Short description:

  • Information on the course, acknowledging the families of standards used in audit and presenting the auditing mechanisms and structures on national and international levels;
  • Explaining the requirements of ISO 9001 standard;
  • Presenting the rules and methods of performing an audit and acknowledging interview and audit results substantiation.
  • Performing an auditing exercise, when participants can put into practice the notions acquired during the course;
  • Continuous evaluation tests and final testing, whose passing leads to the granting of the internal auditor certificate.
